We endeavour to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving your order (
or by such delivery date as is informed to you when you place your order)
but this may be delayed if it is out of stock.
However, once your order has
been accepted please allow 10 days for delivery.
You should note that the carriage of the goods is not handled by
Aloe Vera Mart so we are unable to handle queries as to the status of
their delivery to you.
In case, if your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of our accepting

In the event of your dissatisfaction with any Product, please let us know
by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of your good. Complaints in any other form
or after that time may not be responded.
